This seems too good to be true. What's the catch?

There’s no catch. Freeplay has partnered with premier gyms and studios to provide an all-access fitness pass to all of them. With Freeplay, you get the exact fitness experience you want without being stuck in a single gym membership.

How do people I add to my group activate their membership? 

When you add someone to your group, all they have to do is download the app and sign up with the email you added for them. Once they've signed up and created a password, they should be automatically associated to your group. If the person you add has already signed up, they'll just need to sign out and back in for the changes to be reflected.

Are there any limits to how many times I can go to each gym?

You can use Freeplay as much as you want to go to any of our partner gyms. A few of our partners only allow a certain number of visits per month, but tons of our partners are 100% unlimited. Gyms and studios that have limits are indicated in the app.

How long does Freeplay partner with gyms and studios?

We try to foster strong relationships with our partners so that they stay our partners forever. However, due to the nature of our agreements with our partners, some may come and go, and others might change what's available on Freeplay. We do our best to keep you informed on changes before they happen.

How does Freeplay work?

When you download the Freeplay app and sign up as a VIP, we create a pass for you that can be used at any of our partner gyms or studios. You just show the pass to the front desk and tap the “Check In” button, and they’ll admit you in.

How do I use my Buddy Pass?

You'll receive at least 1 buddy pass per month to get moving with your friends. Send it by going to the top left hand corner of the home page, click on the "Send a Buddy Pass" option, and select the friend you would like to send it to. The buddy pass gets sent to their phone number. So, they'll need to download the app, sign-up for a free account, and verify their phone number to use the pass. Once they've done so, they should see that they have 1 check-in remaining under their account! From there, just check-in as usual.

Can anyone use Freeplay?

Absolutely! Freeplay is designed for anyone and everyone. Tell your neighbors, mailman, boss, spouse, kids, and hair stylist about us. They'll love you for it.

Are there any enrollment or cancellation fees?

Nope. We believe you shouldn't feel locked in to your gym membership, so we'll never charge enrollment or cancellation fees.

Do you offer couple or family memberships?

You bet! Freeplay is best in groups! Feel free to signup with as many others as possible. You get bigger and bigger discounts, the more people join your group. See more details our our pricing page: freeplayapp.com/plans

Can my company get signed up with Freeplay?

Of course! Apart from offering special discounts for businesses, Freeplay also works closely with employers to help automate tedious gym reimbursement procedures, and provide insight into how their gym perks are being used. To inquire about your company, email hello@freeplayapp.com
